The service
Forma generates personalized training and nutrition plans. It is currently free while in beta. Features may change, break, or be paused at any time while we build.
Not medical advice
Plans are general guidance computed from standard formulas, not medical or dietetic advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18.
AI-generated meals
Meal suggestions are written by an AI model. They can contain mistakes. If you have allergies or intolerances, always verify every ingredient yourself before eating — the AI's output is a suggestion, not a safety guarantee.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service — no scraping at scale, no attempts to disrupt it, no using it to harm others.
No warranty
Forma is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or of the plans it generates.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
