Privacy

Last updated: July 2026

Forma is built to know as little about you as possible. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you enter.

What we process

To generate your plan you enter your age, sex, height, weight, goal, activity level and — optionally — dietary preferences, foods to avoid and free-text notes. These values are processed transiently: they are used to compute your plan and to have an AI model write your meal suggestions, and are not stored on our servers.

Meal generation is performed by AI models accessed through OpenRouter. Your macro targets and dietary preferences are sent to that service for the sole purpose of writing your meals, and are subject to its processing terms.

Forma has no user accounts. We do not know who you are.

Where your plan lives

Your plan and your answers are saved in your own browser (localStorage) so they are still there when you come back. They never leave your device unless you share them.

The shareable link encodes your plan inputs (like goal and weight) in the URL itself. Your free-text notes are never included in the link. Share it only with people you're comfortable seeing those inputs.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and understand which features are used. It is cookieless, does not create persistent identifiers, and cannot track you across websites. We see aggregate numbers, never individual profiles.

Cookies

Forma sets no cookies. None. That's why there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification and erasure. Because we store no personal data on our servers, there is usually nothing for us to hand over or delete — your data is in your browser, and clearing site data for this website removes it completely.

If you have any privacy question or request, contact the team behind Forma.

Changes

If Forma ever starts storing data (for example, with optional accounts), this page will be updated first, and nothing will change silently.
